  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

b. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as mentioned.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Arshanio does not store credit/debit card details.
  • If a payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed until the payment is completed.

c. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • Order cancellations are only accepted if requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, undergarments, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment method, depending on eligibility.
