We currently ship across Pakistan, ensuring that our customers can enjoy our products no matter where they are located.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
a. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
b. Estimated Delivery Times
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below PKR 3,000, a nominal shipping fee will be charged based on location and courier service rates.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order through the courier partnerβs website using the tracking number provided.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at arshaniopk@gmail.com.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available across Pakistan for select locations.
- Customers are required to make the full payment in cash upon delivery.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
- If a COD order is refused or undelivered, Arshanio reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer.
7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
- Provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Include a valid phone number to avoid delays.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- High order volumes during sales or holidays
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Unexpected courier service disruptions

10. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package before opening it.
- Check the contents inside for any missing or damaged items.

If your order is lost or undelivered, contact us, and we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
